Bryan Lewis
Co-Founder & CEO
Bryan recently retired from public education after nearly 27 years in various roles. He began his career as a physical education teacher at the elementary level with Hardin County Schools and later took on an assistant coaching role for the Central Hardin High School baseball team.
Bryan eventually became the head baseball coach at John Hardin High School and transitioned to administration, serving as assistant principal at Lincoln Trail Elementary and G C Burkhead Elementary schools. He was later named principal at G C Burkhead Elementary before moving to the
central office, where he served as Director of Student Services and Director of Pupil Personnel for over 12 years. Bryan has always focused on helping both staff and students find success.

Rachel Jewell
COO
Rachel is a 2015 graduate of the University of the Cumberlands with a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. She has experience working with diverse populations, from school-aged children to geriatric clients, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Rachel is knowledgeable in managing a variety of mental health diagnoses, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, PTSD, and more. She has three years of classroom experience and has worked in the central office, helping families and students with truancy procedures and court mediation. Rachel is passionate about integrating mental health support within the educational environment.

Chris Reed
Co-Founder & President
Chris recently retired from education after 33 years. He has been a part time faculty member at Western Kentucky University since 2004, instructing elementary education classes. Chris taught in Clark County before moving to Elizabethtown, where he taught in an alternative school for two years. He spent 11 years at Central Hardin High School as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal before moving to Hardin County Schools’ central office as Director of Pupil Personnel. Chris later served as Associate Superintendent for HR and Deputy Superintendent. After retiring from HCS, he became the principal at St. Paul Catholic School and later the Director of Adult Education for multiple counties. Chris has been recognized for his contributions to education and has spoken at numerous statewide conferences.
